Download the zip file and then click it two times fast. it might show a pop up saying "are you sure you want to open this zip file?" click yes if it does. then you might see a folder saying gacha star. if so, put it into desctop and you're all set! you just have to wait a little bit. sorry if it doesn't work.

this error usually happens if you dont have enough storage space or your device isnt compatible with/cant handle gacha
i have enough storge space and my device is compatible with gacha (i do use windows to play/use gacha)
welp idk then, maybe redownload?, it works fine for me (im on windows 10, 240 gb storage)
